🔥 Instructions

Brown the Beef:
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. -
Add Aromatics:
Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. -
Toss in Veggies:
