Healthy Banana Split with Berries & Yogurt

📝 Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, peeled and split lengthwise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Handful of fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
2 tbsp granola
1 tbsp sliced almonds or chopped nuts
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
🔪 Instructions:
Place the banana halves in a dish or bowl, cut side up like a traditional banana split.
Spoon Greek yogurt into the center between the banana halves.
Top with berries, then sprinkle granola, almonds, and coconut flakes over the top.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
