🍍🔥 Hawaiian BBQ Chicken & Veggie Foil Packets

Juicy BBQ chicken, sweet pineapple, and colorful veggies wrapped in foil and grilled or baked to perfection. No mess, no fuss!


✅ Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for juicier results)

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12″x12″)


🔪 Instructions:

🔥 Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. In a bowl, toss pineapple, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion with olive oil and a pinch of salt.

  1. Place a chicken breast in the center of each foil sheet.

  2. Spoon BBQ sauce generously over the chicken.
