🧀🥖 Ham & Cheese Puff Twists with Garlic Herb Dressing
Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor — these puff pastry sticks make the perfect savory snack or party appetizer!
✅ Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

4 oz sliced turkey or chicken ham

4 oz shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)

Salt and pepper, to taste
🔪 Instructions:
STEP 1: Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2: Prepare the Puff Pastry

Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface.

If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the surface.
STEP 3: Add Fillings

Evenly layer the sliced ham and then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pastry.

Lightly season with salt and pepper.
STEP 4: Cut and Twist

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the pastry into 1-inch wide strips.

Gently twist each strip a few times to create spiral shapes.
STEP 5: Egg Wash

Brush the top of each twist with the beaten egg to help them bake golden and shiny.
STEP 6: Bake

Mix together:
