🥭 Grilled Salmon Mango Rice Bowl 🐟

Ingredients (2–3 bowls)
Salmon

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp soy sauce or tamari

½ tsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & black pepper
Bowl Base

2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
Toppings

1 ripe mango, diced
-
1 avocado, sliced
-
½ cup cucumber, diced
-
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Cilantro or green onions
Optional Drizzle (highly recommended)

Spicy mayo, teriyaki, or a squeeze of lime + olive oil
How to Make It

Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high.

Brush salmon with olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Grill salmon 3–4 minutes per side until flaky and lightly charred.

Assemble bowls: rice → salmon → mango → avocado → cucumber → onion.

Finish with herbs and your sauce of choice.
