🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell lengthwise and loosen the meat, lifting it above the shell while keeping the base attached.

Brush lobster meat lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C).

Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill.
3️⃣ Grill the Lobster

Grill for 5–7 minutes, then turn meat side down for 1–2 minutes for perfect grill marks.

Meat should be opaque and firm but still tender.
4️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
