🦞 Grilled Lobster Tails with Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

🧾 Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails:

  • 4 lobster tails (about 6–8 oz each)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster Tails

    • Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell lengthwise down the middle. Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base.

    • Brush lobster meat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

  2. Grill the Lobster Tails

    • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).

    • Place lobster tails flesh side down and grill for 4–5 minutes.

    • Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, until opaque and slightly charred.

  3. Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

    • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

    • Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

    • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    • Cook until thickened (3–4 minutes).

  4. Serve

    • Plate the lobster tails, drizzle generously with garlic butter sauce.

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges.
