3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell lengthwise down the middle. Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base.

Brush lobster meat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

Grill the Lobster Tails

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).

Place lobster tails flesh side down and grill for 4–5 minutes.

Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, until opaque and slightly charred.

Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
