Instructions
1. Caramelize the Onions
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Add sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook slowly for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft, golden, and sweet.

Set aside and keep warm.
2. Prepare the Hamburger Steaks
In a bowl, gently mix ground beef, minced onion, garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Form into oval or round patties about ¾-inch thick. Do not overmix.
3. Grill the Steaks
