4 ears fresh corn, husks removed

3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) or olive oil

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme or oregano (optional)

½ tsp salt (or to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Corn

Trim both ends of each cob.

Carefully slice each ear into 3–4 thick rings (about 1½ inches thick).
Tip: Use a sharp, heavy knife and steady pressure.
2️⃣ Make Garlic Herb Butter

In a bowl, mix melted butter (or oil), garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
3️⃣ Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Lightly oil the grates.

Brush corn rings generously with the garlic herb mixture.

Grill 8–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve

Brush with extra garlic butter.
