✅ Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp garlic powder

Juice of ½ lemon or lime
For the Veggies:

1 zucchini, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

½ red onion, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs (or oregano)
Topping:

1 ripe avocado, diced

Extra lime/lemon juice for drizzling

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon/lime juice.

Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.

Let it marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for deeper flavor).
