Ingredients

For the Wraps:

4 large whole wheat or low-carb flatbreads/pitas

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh spinach or romaine lettuce

1. Cook the Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
