Greek Beef Wraps with Dill Feta Sauce

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1 small tomato (chopped)

For the Dill Feta Sauce:

  • ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

For Assembly:

  • 4 pita breads or flatbreads

  • Extra lettuce or cabbage (optional)

  1. Cook the Beef:
    Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
    Add garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. Make the Dill Feta Sauce:
    In a bowl, mash feta slightly. Mix in Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.

  3. Warm the Pita:
    Lightly toast or warm the pita bread in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.

  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    Spread dill feta sauce on the pita.
    Add cooked beef, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley.
    Fold and wrap tightly.

    Serve immediately with fries, salad, or roasted potatoes.
