Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)

  • 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream (plus extra for serving)

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)

Instructions:
