🧾 Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on optional)

2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated works best)

½ cup panko breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto/low-carb)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme mix)

½ tsp paprika (optional for color & flavor)

¼ tsp salt (or to taste)

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep Shrimp

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels to remove extra moisture.

Place in a large mixing bowl.
2. Season

Add olive oil (or melted butter), minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.
3. Bread

In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.

Coat each shrimp in the mixture, pressing lightly so it sticks.
4. Air Fry

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket (do not overcrowd).

Air fry for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
5. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty kick.
