🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Brussels sprouts

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze or lemon juice (optional finish)

1️⃣ Prep

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Trim ends and cut sprouts in half (quarter large ones).
