Instructions
Step 01
Cook ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cool the mixture, then stir in shredded cheese.
Step 02
Flatten the dough circles and add 1–2 tablespoons of filling to the center. Pinch the edges to seal and roll into balls.
Step 03
Place the balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Step 04
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 05
Brush with additional garlic butter and top with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, aioli, or spicy mayo.
