🍤 Garlic Butter Shrimp & Corn Bake (One-Pan, 30 Minutes)
Ingredients:
-
1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces (or use 2 cups frozen corn kernels)
-
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or roasting pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
-
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful garlic butter sauce.
-
Add the shrimp and corn to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated.
-
Spread the shrimp and corn in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink, firm, and slightly glossy. Stir halfway through for even cooking.
-
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
-
Serve hot — straight from the pan — with extra lemon wedges on the side.
Tips:
-
Add baby potatoes or zucchini rounds to the tray if you want extra veggies.
-
For a smoky flavor, swap paprika with smoked paprika.
-
Pair it with a light salad, garlic bread, or steamed rice for a complete meal.
