3–4 garlic cloves (minced)

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt & black pepper

2 tbsp parsley (chopped)

¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
⏱️ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Set to 200°C (400°F)
2. Prep scallops

Rinse lightly and pat completely dry

Remove the small side muscle if attached

Season with salt and pepper
3. Make garlic butter
Mix:

Melted butter

Garlic
-
Lemon juice
4. Assemble

Place scallops in a baking dish in a single layer

Pour garlic butter over them
Optional topping:
Mix breadcrumbs + Parmesan + a little butter, then sprinkle on top
