🧄🧈 Garlic Butter Air Fryer Steak 🥩

Ready in ~15 minutes | Minimal prep | Maximum flavor

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or NY strip; ~1-inch thick)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper (don’t be shy)

Garlic Butter

  • 3 tbsp butter, softened

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (or ½ tsp dried)

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or thyme


How to Make It

  1. Let steaks rest at room temp for 15 minutes.

  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  3. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Air fry 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway:

    • Medium-rare: ~7–8 min

    • Medium: ~9–10 min

  5. While cooking, mix all garlic butter ingredients.

  6. Immediately top hot steaks with garlic butter and rest 5 minutes.


🔥 Pro Steak Tips

  • Thicker steak? Add 1–2 extra minutes.

  • For extra crust, pat steaks very dry before seasoning.

  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of flaky salt = chef move.
