Ingredients (2 servings)

2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or NY strip; ~1-inch thick)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper (don’t be shy)
Garlic Butter

3 tbsp butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp fresh parsley (or ½ tsp dried)

Optional: pinch of chili flakes or thyme
How to Make It

Let steaks rest at room temp for 15 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Air fry 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway:

Medium-rare: ~7–8 min

Medium: ~9–10 min

While cooking, mix all garlic butter ingredients.

Immediately top hot steaks with garlic butter and rest 5 minutes.
