🥭 1. Mango Smoothie (Yellow)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for thicker texture)

  • ½ cup milk (or almond milk/coconut milk)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of mango)

  • 4–5 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mint leaves or a raspberry.

  4. Serve chilled.


🥝 2. Green Detox Smoothie (Green)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi (peeled and chopped)

  • ½ green apple (chopped)

Instructions:
