⭐ FLUFFY CINNAMON ROLLS
With Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
For the Dough

¾ cup warm milk
-
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
-
¼ cup sugar
-
1 large egg (room temp)
-
1 egg yolk
-
¼ cup melted butter
-
3 cups all-purpose flour
-
½ tsp salt
For the Filling
-
½ cup softened butter
-
¾ cup brown sugar
-
1 tbsp cinnamon
-
(Optional) 1 tsp vanilla
-
(Optional) a pinch of nutmeg
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
-
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
-
¼ cup butter (softened)
-
1 cup powdered sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
1–2 tbsp milk (for smoothness)
Instructions
1. Make the Dough

Mix warm milk + yeast + sugar. Let sit 5 minutes (foamy).

Add egg, egg yolk, melted butter. Mix well.

Add flour + salt. Knead 8 minutes until soft and slightly sticky.

Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
2. Make the Filling

Mix soft butter + brown sugar + cinnamon into a paste.
3. Roll the Dough
-
Roll dough into a rectangle ~14×9 inches.

Spread filling evenly.

Roll tightly into a log and cut into 9–12 rolls.
4. Second Rise

Place rolls in a greased baking dish.

Cover and let rise 30–40 mins (very fluffy).
5. Bake

Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden but not dry.
6. Make the Frosting
Whip cream cheese + butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar + vanilla + milk until creamy.
7. Frost & Serve
Spread frosting over warm cinnamon rolls so it melts into the swirls.
Serve fluffy, gooey, and perfect! 😍
