Ingredients:
– 1-1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut 
  

– 1/3 cup sugar 
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
– 1/8 teaspoon salt 
– 2 large egg whites 
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325° 
2. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in bowl 



3. Add egg whites and vanilla; stir well 

4. Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet 
5. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden 
6. Cool on wire rack
