Instructions:

Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, layer the greens, pomegranate seeds, apple or pear slices, dried cranberries, cheese, and candied nuts. -
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. -
Dress & Serve:
