Ok so everyone has been making Cherry Cheesecake In mason jars.
I made the recipe and it was just too much to eat 7 of them within the week because it was like a whole other meal.
So I decided to take the recipe and tweak it to make them smaller.
I bought some silicone cupcake cups and made them in there and then froze them.
They make a great dessert and they are even cute to put out if you are having a gathering of friends.Makes 16 serving and 1 pts each
