Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
3- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
4- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
5- Top the casserole with the remaining cheddar cheese.
6- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
