DIRTY RICE WITH GROUND BEEF AND SPICY GARLIC DRESSING 🍛🌶️🔥

🛒 INGREDIENTS
For the Dirty Rice:

1 small onion, finely diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 stalk celery, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups cooked white rice (preferably a day old)

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

For the Spicy Garlic Dressing:

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

🔥 INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Cook the Beef Mixture
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
Add onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
STEP 2: Season and Mix
Sprinkle in paprika, black pepper, cayenne, and salt. Stir well to coat the beef evenly.
Add cooked rice and fold into the beef mixture until fully combined and heated through.
STEP 3: Make the Spicy Garlic Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice, Dijon, grated garlic, chili flakes, olive oil, and salt. Mix until creamy and smooth.
STEP 4: Serve and Finish
Spoon dirty rice into bowls. Drizzle generously with spicy garlic dressing.
Top with chopped green onions and serve hot.
