In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray to enhance crispiness.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
