Instructions (Oven Method)

Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Season cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
