  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tbsp milk (if needed, for smoothness)

  • Black pepper, to taste

Toppings:

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pistachios (optional)

  • Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)

Chili Honey:

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½–1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1️⃣ Make the Chili Honey:

  1. Warm honey in a small pan over low heat.

  2. Stir in chili flakes and vinegar/lemon juice.

  3. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then set aside.

  1. Add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and black pepper to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add a little milk if needed. Chill until ready.
