    Ingredients

    • 2 medium potatoes, grated
    • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 egg
    • ¼ cup flour (or breadcrumbs for extra crunch)
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp onion powder
    • ½ tsp smoked paprika
    • Salt & black pepper to taste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

      Instructions

      Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
      1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
      2. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, cheddar, parmesan, egg, flour, and seasonings.
      3. Form the mixture into small patties.
      Step 2: Air Fry
      1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
      2. Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the fritters in a single layer.
      3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
      Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
      1. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
      2. Serve with sour cream, yogurt, or your favorite dip.
