🍗 Creamy Herb Chicken with Garlic Butter Sauce

For the Chicken

4 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian herbs

½ tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Cream Sauce

3 tbsp butter
-
4–5 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup cooking cream (or fresh cream)

½ cup chicken broth (or water + stock cube)

½ tsp dried thyme or oregano

¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional but amazing)

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or dried)

1½ cups cooked white rice

2 cups green beans, trimmed

1 tbsp butter + pinch of salt (for beans)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Season chicken with salt, pepper, herbs & paprika.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same pan, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in cream and chicken broth.

Add thyme, Parmesan (if using), salt & pepper.

Simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and silky.
3️⃣ Combine

Return chicken to the pan.

Spoon sauce over chicken and simmer 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣ Prepare Sides

Rice: Serve hot and fluffy.

Green Beans: Boil or steam 4–5 minutes, then toss with butter & salt.
