🧾 Ingredients
- 2 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock), cut into chunks
- 10–12 shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian herbs
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Prepare seafood
Season fish and shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Sear the fish
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add fish pieces and cook until lightly golden (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Remove and set aside. - Cook shrimp
In the same pan, cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside. - Make creamy sauce
