INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
PREPARATION
  1. In a large bowl whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add in apples, raisins, walnuts, and celery, tossing to combine.
  3. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
