Creamy Cinnamon Overnight Oats (1 jar)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or almond/oat)

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional but great for thickness)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional topping: extra yogurt/whipped cream + cinnamon sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt to a jar.

  2. Stir really well (get the bottom!).

  3. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

  4. In the morning, stir again. Add a splash of milk if needed.

  5. Top with yogurt or whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
