Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip with Hot Honey Drizzle

🧀 Ingredients

For the Whipped Feta:

  • 200g feta cheese (crumbled)

  • 100g cream cheese (softened)

  • 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Cranberry Topping:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey

  • 1–2 tbsp orange juice

2️⃣ Prepare the Whipped Feta

  1. In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 1–2 minutes).

  3. Adjust texture with extra yogurt if needed.

3️⃣ Make Hot Honey

  1. Warm honey gently in a small pan.

  2. Stir in chili flakes and let infuse for 1–2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat.

  1. Spread whipped feta on a serving plate.

  2. Spoon cooled cranberry compote over the top.
