For the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

STEP 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
STEP 2: Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine:

Chopped shrimp

Lump crab meat
-
Softened cream cheese

Mayonnaise

Minced garlic
-
Lemon juice
-
Chopped parsley

Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Mix thoroughly until creamy and well-blended.
STEP 3: Stuff the Salmon

Place the butterflied salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet.

Gently open it like a book and spread the seafood filling evenly inside.

Fold the top half over the stuffing and lightly season the top with paprika, salt, and pepper if desired.
STEP 4: Bake

STEP 5: Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.
