  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
    or 1 cup heavy cream, whipped


🍒 Topping

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling


🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the crust

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

  2. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish.

  3. Chill in the fridge 15 minutes to set.


2. Make the cream layer

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.

  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy and smooth.


3. Assemble

  1. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.

  2. Spoon cherry pie filling over the top.


4. Chill

  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours (4 hours is even better).

  • Slice and serve cold.
