🍏 Cinnamon Apple Chips

Crispy, sweet, and healthy — these homemade apple chips are the perfect guilt-free snack!


Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala work best)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey (optional)

  • A squeeze of lemon juice


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice apples very thinly (about 1/8 inch thick). Remove seeds.

  3. Toss slices with cinnamon, sugar/honey, and lemon juice.

  4. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the baking sheet — don’t overlap.

  5. Bake for 1 to 1½ hours, flipping halfway through, until edges curl and chips look dry.

  6. Cool completely — they’ll become crisp as they cool.

  7. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
