  2. Add beef in a single layer and sear 1–2 minutes per side until just browned.

  3. Remove beef and set aside (do not overcook).

  1. Add remaining oil.

  2. Stir-fry onion and bell peppers for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.

  3. Add garlic and ginger; stir for 30 seconds.


5️⃣ Combine & Sauce

  1. Return beef to the pan.

  2. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together.

  3. Cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats evenly.
