1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

Pinch of salt & black pepper

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken pieces, coat well, and marinate at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).

Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Thread chicken onto skewers (if using) or cook directly in a skillet.

Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal temp).

Make the Tzatziki

Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Chill until ready to use.

Assemble the Lettuce Wraps

Separate lettuce leaves and arrange on a platter.

Fill each leaf with grilled chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Drizzle with tzatziki and sprinkle with feta.

Garnish with dill or parsley.

Notes & Tips

Meal prep tip: Marinate chicken the night before for more flavor.

Low-carb pita option: Use mini whole wheat pitas instead of lettuce if desired.

Extra crunch: Add sliced bell peppers or Kalamata olives for a boost.

Heat lovers: A dash of harissa or chili flakes pairs well with the cool tzatziki.
