🍕 Air Fryer Chicken Alfredo Calzones

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped

For the Dough:

  • 1 package store-bought pizza dough (or homemade)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing

Optional Topping:

  • Extra Parmesan or garlic butter brush after cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out pizza dough into small circles (~6–7 inches).

  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley/basil.

  4. Place filling on one half of each dough circle, leaving edges free to seal.

  5. Fold dough over to create a half-moon shape. Press edges with a fork to seal completely.

  6. Brush the outside lightly with olive oil.

  7. Place calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

  8. Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway if needed, until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Optional: Brush with garlic butter or sprinkle extra Parmesan before serving.
