Cheesy Ranch Potatoes & Sausage Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed

  • 250g smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Season: In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
