🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or loaf (halved)

  • 250–300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 3 tbsp butter (softened)

  • 3–4 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • ¼ cup Parmesan (optional)

  • Salt, black pepper, chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil


⏱️ Instructions

1. Cook shrimp

  • Heat oil in pan

  • Season shrimp with salt & pepper

  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side (just until pink)

  • Set aside

2. Make garlic butter

Mix butter + garlic + parsley + pinch of salt

3. Prep bread

  • Spread garlic butter generously on bread

  • Add cooked shrimp evenly

  • Top with mozzarella + Parmesan

4. Bake

  • Oven at 200°C (400°F)

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles

5. Optional finish

  • Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top

  • Sprinkle chili flakes for heat
