CHEESEBURGER-INSPIRED BOWL + CREAMY BURGER DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb ground beef (use 80/20 blend for best flavor)
1 cup baby potatoes, diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 small tomato, diced
2–3 pickle slices, chopped
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Oil for cooking
For the Creamy Burger Dressing:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice
Pinch of paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: ROAST THE POTATOES
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss diced baby potatoes with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
STEP 2: COOK THE BEEF
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until fully browned and edges get crispy, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat if needed.
STEP 3: MAKE THE BURGER DRESSING
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and a pinch of paprika until smooth and creamy.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE YOUR BOWL
Start with a layer of shredded lettuce in your bowl.
Add the crispy roasted potatoes, browned beef, diced tomatoes, and chopped pickles.
Generously drizzle with the creamy burger dressing on top.
