🥩 Carnivore Steak Egg Wrap

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 ribeye, sirloin, or flank steaks (about 200 g each)

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter (or ghee, tallow, or preferred animal fat)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika

Instructions

Step 1 – Cook the Steak

  1. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.

  2. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt ½ tbsp butter.

  4. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or until desired doneness.

  5. Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.

Step 2 – Make the Egg Wrap

  1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a little butter.

  3. Pour eggs in and swirl to coat the pan thinly (like making a crepe).

  4. Cook until set, then flip for a few seconds.

  5. Repeat with the other 2 eggs (you’ll have 2 egg wraps).

Step 3 – Assemble the Wrap

  1. Place sliced steak onto the egg wrap.

  2. Roll up tightly like a burrito.

  3. Repeat for the second wrap.

Serving Suggestions
