1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Optional: pinch of salt or carnivore-friendly seasoning (e.g., Redmond’s Real Salt)

Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper. -
Cook the Sausage:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed. -
Mix with Cream Cheese:
Turn off the heat and stir in the cream cheese until it melts and blends into the sausage mixture. -
