🥩 Carnivore Sausage-Cream Cheese Bake

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage (pork or beef; use sugar-free for strict carnivore)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

  • Optional: pinch of salt or carnivore-friendly seasoning (e.g., Redmond’s Real Salt)


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.

  2. Cook the Sausage:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.

  3. Mix with Cream Cheese:
    Turn off the heat and stir in the cream cheese until it melts and blends into the sausage mixture.

  4. Add Eggs & Cheese:
    In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then stir in the shredded cheese. Combine this with the sausage-cream cheese mixture.

  5. Bake:
