2 egg yolks

1 whole egg 
- 
1 tbsp beef gelatin (optional – helps with structure) 
- 
1–2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for ketovore version – skip for strict carnivore)

Pinch of salt

Optional: A few drops of vanilla extract or espresso (for flavor if following ketovore)
