🔪 Instructions:
STEP 1: Cook the Chicken

Heat tallow or butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken with salt (and pepper if using).

Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5–7 minutes).

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
STEP 2: Make the Sauce
