🛒 Ingredients

For the Cheese Crust:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese

  • 1 egg (optional, for structure)

For the Toppings (Customize to taste):

  • ½ cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage

  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits or slices

  • ¼ cup pepperoni or salami slices

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

  • Optional: extra cheese or cooked chicken, steak, etc.

Optional Garnish:

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Fresh herbs (parsley, basil – optional if not strict carnivore)

  • Dollop of sour cream or beef tallow drizzle


🔪 Instructions

1. Make the Cheese Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

  3. Mix shredded mozzarella, Parmesan (or cheddar), and the egg in a bowl.

  4. Spread the mixture into a thin, even circle or rectangle on the parchment.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crisp at the edges.

2. Add the Meaty Toppings

  1. Remove crust from oven.

  2. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella, then layer on cooked beef, bacon, pepperoni, and any other meats you like.

  3. Add more shredded cheese on top, if desired.

3. Bake Again

  • Return to oven for another 5–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Slice & Serve

  • Let cool for 2–3 minutes, slice, and serve hot!
