Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Prepare peppers: Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Lightly brush them with olive oil.

Cook the steak: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook diced steak for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Cook shrimp: In the same skillet cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and chop into smaller pieces if desired.

Make the filling: In the skillet sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Combine mixture: Add cooked rice, steak, and shrimp back into the pan. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
